What do I need to install my Smart Baby Monitor?
To install your baby monitor, you need an internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), as well as an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

How can I place the Smart Baby Monitor next to baby?
Two ways, you can place the Smart Baby Monitor on baby's bed by using the provided stand, or lay it on a furniture.
How to use my Smart Baby Monitor at a friend's place?
When you're at a friend's, your Smart Baby Monitor automatically connects to your iPhone over Bluetooth. Everything's simple and automatic. If you want to, you can connect to the Wi-Fi network yet.
What is the baby monitor autonomy?
When plugged, the Smart Baby Monitor has no autonomy limit. Once unplugged, the removable battery takes over so that you can move your product without interruption. Baby monitor autonomy can reach one hour when you are streaming audio/video and using alerts. When the device is closed, video turned off, the autonomy can now reach 2 hours.
What is the range limit?
When your Smart Baby Monitor est connected to the Internet, there is no range limit. In fact, you can monitor your baby wherever you are in the world, as long as your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is connected to the Internet (over Wi-Fi or over the cellular network). When your Smart Baby Monitor is outside of home Wi-Fi network, it connects automatically over Bluetooth to your iDevice. The range limit can reach 50 meters in free field.
Can I use use several Smart Baby Monitor with one iPhone, iPad or iPod touch?
Yes. You can have as many Smart Baby Monitor as you want, connected to as many iDevices as you own. In the case that you'd like to monitor several babies, you can perform that action by going to the tab "Settings" > "My baby monitor" from the WithBaby app. If you want to connect to a Smart Baby Monitor from different iPhone and iPad, launch the WithBaby app, then everything is automatic.
Is there a possibility of interference with my Wi-Fi internet connection?
No. The Smart Baby Montior connects directly over Wi-Fi. Hence, contrary to other baby montioring technology, there is no risk for you Wi-Fi connectivity to be impacted.
What technology is used to notify me when baby is moving or crying?
You are notified by the Apple Push Notification Service, available when your device is connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi, 3G or Edge).

Yes. You can have as many Smart Baby Monitor as you want, connected to as many iDevices as you own. In order to maintain a high quality of service, we limit the number of simultaneous feeds to three.
Can I set-up my Smart Baby Monitor in several places?
Your Smart Baby Monitor can connect to up to 3 Wi-Fi networks. So when you are at home then at a friend's place, the baby monitor connects automatically to the good access point.

Baby's comfort and health
Why is it interesting to know the temperature and the humidity in bab's bedroom?
So that baby's sleep is fine, it is important to keep a optimal atmosphere in his/her bedroom. Hence, it is generally recommanded that the temperature is around 18°C (64°F) and the humidity is between 50% and 70%. Smart Baby Monitor allows you to know the current temperature and humidity values in the room. Moreover, it alerts you in case of exceeding of the threshold you have defined.
When am I alerted on my iPhone?
If you want to, you can be alerted automatically following a noise or a motion in baby's bedroom. You can also have a look at the temperature and humidity in your infant's room.
Can I adjust the noise and motion sensibility?
Yes. The alert setting screen is intended to the threshold adjustment, as well as the period you want to be alerted after.
I don't want to be alerted anymore (noise, motion, temperature and humidity), but I want my wife to be. Is this possible?
Yes. You just have to de-active the alerts on your iPhone from within the WithBaby app.
I'm testing noise and motion alerts, I feel like I'm not alerted every time. What's happening exactly?
Following a noise or motion in baby's room, you automatically receive an alert on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. So that you're not disturbed, no other alert of that type is sent within the 5 following minutes.
I would like to receive an alert when the WithBaby app is closed (push message) after every noise or motion in baby's room. Is it possible?
Yes. To do so, form WithBaby, you have to switch ON "Monitoring", switch OFF "Non-stop listening", then quit the app.
Can I receive alerts when my iDevice is locked?
Yes. When you monitor your baby, following an alert triggering (noise, motion, temperature or humidity), you hear a little melody. At this moment, a pop-up displays on the iPhone screen. You can see your baby by unlocking the iPhone.
What's the purpose of the "Monitoring" switch?
The "Monitoring" switch is displayed on the menu screen of the WithBaby app. Its behavior is the same as the switch located in the video screen navigation bar. Once switched off, you can neither watch baby, neither hear to him/her, not receive alerts. For all of that, the Smart Baby Monitor is still turned on. Therefore, at this time, another user can connect to the baby monitor, or receive push alerts.
What is happening when I answer a phone call while I'm monitoring my baby?
When you answer a call on your iPhone, the sound of your baby's room is stopped. However, in case of noise or motion, you keep on being alerted via a notification message.
